Before Alcara Tech, we spent years in Germany working in tech startups, consulting, and corporate finance. We designed digital products, managed teams, and helped growing companies scale.
Eventually, we launched our own product design studio. Projects flowed. Clients were happy. We thought we'd found our path.
Then one project changed everything.
A health technology company in Germany hired us to design a product. But as we worked with them, something caught our attention: their internal operations were chaos. Endless emails. Decisions that took weeks. A critical process that required 20 people working for 6 months.
So alongside the product, we helped them redesign that process.
The result: what used to require 20 people and 6 months now takes 1 person and 5 days. €900,000 in unlocked value within 3 months. ROI: +1,100%.
