It started with our own problem
In 2024, Andreea founded 23harmony Studio as a design agency in Valencia. Projects were flowing, clients were happy. But internally there was pure chaos.
"We weren't designing anymore. We were managing chaos."
Spreadsheets multiplied. Information lived in Slack threads. The team spent more time searching for context than doing the actual work. Revenue grew, but so did the friction.
So we built internal tools to fix it.
Those tools changed everything. Projects became predictable. We all relaxed. Output doubled without adding hours.
That moment transformed our business. What started as survival became our method. The design studio evolved into what Alcara Tech is today.
